Olivia Fields, the new Marshall Home Fund Community Representative to the Allocations Committee, smiles warmly

Introducing Marshall Home Fund’s new community representative

The board of directors of the Marshall Home Fund (MHF) is proud to announce that Olivia Fields, Director of Resident Services for the Watertown Housing Authority, as the Community Representative to the Allocations Committee.

Olivia is a licensed Social Worker with:

  • a history of working in the Affordable Housing industry,
  • child protection,
  • substance use treatment,
  • mental health counseling,
  • non-profit leadership.

At the last Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors on April 25th, 2024, Olivia spoke about how important it is that Marshall Home Fund supports residents 55 and older. Many people age 55 to 60 don’t qualify for support from other organizations, and she has witnessed the need. She brings a wealth of experience and skills to assist MHF in our mission.
